Three items that make all the difference for buyers:
1. Quality Books and Records….dont play games folks…keep it clean and get your taxes done NOW.
2. Offer Some Owner Financing….your not gonna get cash…it just wont happen unless the buyer is clueless…and that will make for a problem.
3. Run your business like your not selling it…in other words drive profits and improve it so it is showing margin and revenue gains if possible
